- Return Period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we will not be able to provide a full refund. - Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and in its original packaging (including labels, accessories, and instructions).
The item is undamaged.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a quality defect is found.
- Requesting a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Send an email providing your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you a return confirmation and the appropriate return address.

- Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue with the item. In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you will not need to pay for shipping.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
- Product Quality Guarantee
If the goods you received are defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with a solution, including replacement or a full refund, and will not charge return shipping fees.
